Privacy policy
This page explains how this site (anoshikumi.com) handles information about the people who read it.
Information you enter
This site has no accounts, forms or comment sections. There is no place on this site where you are asked for your name or email address.
Amazon Associates
As an Amazon Associate, Shimaken earns from qualifying purchases.
The operator takes part in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program that lets sites earn fees by linking to Amazon. The same notice also appears just before the book links.
Book links pass through a relay address on this site (/go/…) before reaching Amazon. Each click records four things:
- the book that was clicked
- the kind of page it was clicked on (company page, industry page, top page and so on)
- the identifier of that page (for a company page, the last part of its URL)
- whether the page was Japanese or English
This record uses no IP addresses and no cookies. It is stored in Workers Analytics Engine, run by Cloudflare, Inc., and according to Cloudflare it is deleted after three months. The operator uses it to count clicks by book and by kind of page. Once you reach Amazon, Amazon's own terms apply.
Google AdSense and cookies
Google AdSense ads are not served on this site at present. The site plans to serve ads from a third-party advertising service, Google AdSense. Once ads start, information is used as follows.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Besides cookies, third-party vendors may collect information through web beacons, IP addresses and similar means. How Google uses information is described in "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" and in Google's policy on advertising.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
When ads start, this section will be rewritten to match the actual ad settings. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. All figures and charts on this site remain available if you do.
Analytics and delivery
This site is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages, Cloudflare handles the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring site and similar data.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to count page views. It does not use cookies. It counts the page shown, the referring site, the browser type, load time and similar data, and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Resources loaded from other services
- Text is displayed with Google Fonts. Loading the fonts sends your IP address and similar data from your browser to Google.
- Thumbnails for note articles and YouTube videos shown on company pages are loaded from those services' servers.
Contact
Questions about this page or the site are received through note's "contact the creator" feature (in Japanese).
- Open the "Ano Kaisha no Shikumi" page on note.
- From the profile menu, choose "contact the creator" (you need to be signed in to note).

The name, email address and message received this way are used only to reply and to act on what you report, such as correcting a figure. Reports of errors in figures go through the same channel (Corrections).
